Vocal Concert: Passion according to St Mark at La Philharmonie Paris

Jordi Savall proposes listening to his interpretation of the reconstitution of the Passion according to Saint Mark with La Capella Reial Catalunya and the Concert des Nations.

Passion according to St Mark is one music piece out of the several masterpieces by Bach; we can find notably the entire funeral cantata BWV 198. The only known complete copy was burnt during World War II. The Passion according to St Mark was created In Leipzig in 1731 for Good Friday.
