This metal structured architecture known as "Eiffel", "Les Chaudronneries of Montreuil" was constructed in the twenties. A 1,300m2 modular space, les Chaudronneries can be rearranged to suit your business needs. Les Chaudronneries is composed of two spaces with independent interconnected systems :

•  a studio measuring 700m2 full-floor (more than 1,000m2 for expansion)
• a 3 floor office building with a total area of 300m2
