The Shoah memorial in Drancy

The Shoah Memorial is located in Drancy, in front of "Cité de la Muette" one of the first social low-income housing which became in 1942 a transit camp for the regroupment of Jews for deportation to the extermination camps.


In addition to the Air and Space Museum in Le Bourget and the Musée de la Musique in La Villette, North-Eastern Paris is home to over a dozen museums, one of the most prestigeous among them being the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire.
