The Tige association (Travaux d'intérêts généreux d'extérieur) is presenting a series of events to highlight the site of the peach tree walls in Montreuil through art, centered around the Land Art exhibition trail.
Land art is a form of art created with and within nature using materials found on site. The event is organized in partnership with the city of Montreuil.
This 2026 exhibition invites you to discover, alongside the artists, the poetry of the site and its site-specific works. Some are inspired by the flora, fauna, natural elements, or local materials of the Murs à Pêches. Others explore the connections between nature and photography, to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the invention of photography.
The art trail features works by 8 artists: Martina Angius, Caroline Boucher, Syl Marcombe, Matrupix, Sandrine Rouxel, Abigail Saire, Federica Terracina, and Edwige Van Houtte.
Guided tours are offered on Sundays, June 21 and 28, July 5 and 12, and September 6, 13, and 20 for Heritage Days and the exhibition's closing event.
Meet at 2:30 PM at the entrance to Impasse Gobetue for a roughly 3-hour walk (be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring water and sunscreen). The tour ends in the Jardin des Fruits Défendus (see the 2026 exhibition map).
