The AICT meetings provide an opportunity for French and foreign local authorities - small, medium-sized and large cities, departments, regions, metropolises and other intercommunal bodies - to get together and take stock of the challenges facing the international action of local authorities. These meetings are also an opportunity to envisage new prospects for exchanges, and to create links and opportunities for cooperation.
