The Lantern Parade returns to the Parc de la Villette on December 6, 2025, from 5pm to 6pm (departure under the peristyle of the Grande Halle de la Villette). This poetic and musical nocturnal stroll is led by artists from Théâtre Les Poussières (Aubervilliers collective Les Poussières).
Join us in the Prairie du Triangle, the Prairie du Cercle and along the Canal de l'Ourcq to admire the parade and celebrate the end of the year and a luminous 2026.
There will be no distribution or sale of lanterns on site. You can make your own lantern during the Fabrique ta lanterne! workshop at Little Villette the weekend before the parade. There are 3 3-hour sessions on November 29 and 30, all of which must be booked in advance. You can proudly parade your lantern through the park on December 6.
The little extra: still at La Villette, at the Fontaine au Lion, the funfair returns for the end-of-year festivities.
