Franciade - the taste of knowledge!

July 2022 - Franciade's store has definitively closed its doors but the workshops and animations continue.

Franciade, located in downtown Saint-Denis, is specialized in the edition of products derived from the Archaeological heritage of Saint-Denis. In a setting created with eco-construction techniques, two potters from Dionysus reproduce Neolithic, Gallic and medieval ceramics, in a concern for the environment.In a setting created with eco-construction techniques, two Dionysian potters reproduce Neolithic, Gallic and medieval ceramics, in a concern for fidelity to the original piece, using manufacturing techniques that are close to those of the ancient know-how.

Workshops of the archaeological heritage are proposed with a different place of appointment according to the topic: artisanal reproductions of archaeological ceramics, notebooks, maps and bookmarks on the garden city of Stains... Let's not forget the workshops of initiation to different techniques of pottery and various techniques like illumination. The association also proposes animations like this stroll in the Basilica of Saint-Denis.
