
The French Meeting International (FMI) is a lifesaving sports competition organized in Paris by the Association des Sauveteurs Secouristes de la Seine.This 2nd edition returns once again to the Camille Muffat aquatic center in Aubervilliers, bringing together French and foreign athletes for 2 days of competition and performance by lifeguards in the Youth and Open categories.
IMF program:
January 24, 2026 afternoon: Golden course. This event is based on the principle of direct elimination: only the top 8 Open lifesavers (8 men and 8 women) in the 50 m Mannequin classic will take part.
- New for 2026: youths can compete against each other in the Golden Course.
January 25, 2026 afternoon: the Relay, which includes the 4x50 m buoy tube followed by the 4x50 m mixed relay.
FMI 2026 opening times
Gates open between 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and competitions start between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Gates open in the afternoon at around 2.30pm.
Finals start at 4pm (subject to change).
