Jérôme Mesnager, creator of l'Homme en blanc

Jérôme Mesnager created L’Homme en blanc (“the Man in white”) in 1983, described as “a symbol of light, force and peace” by the artist himself. He painted this white figure in the streets of the entire world. He is part of the street art pioneers in France and contributed to the popularization of it in the eighties.

His workshop is located in Montreuil and can be visited for some occasions. You can contact Jérôme Mesnager through his website for more information.

You can discover the famous fresco called C’est nous les gars de Ménilmontant during the Paris street art visit.
