
The 10th edition of the Salon de la Gastronomie des Outre-Mer et de la Francophonie will be held in Paris at the Parc Floral from October 2 to 4, 2026 in the Gravelle Pavilion. The theme of this anniversary edition of Sagasdom is The Tropical Garden.
The Salon de la Gastronomie d'Outre-Mer (Overseas Gastronomy Show) is almost like a trip to the land of taste buds, where you can immerse yourself in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the West Indies to the Indian Ocean, from the Pacific to South America. At SAGASDOM, you can discover and taste a multitude of flavors from the French Overseas Territories - everything that can be eaten and drunk there. Come and discover traditional dishes as well as new trends in Overseas Gastronomy and Cuisines of the World.
On the program: over 80 stands, debates on the culinary professions, music, dance, gastronomic and dietary advice... A special children's area will be set aside for cooking classes and/or other activities. For the day-by-day program, visit the website.
Babette de Rozières, the show's founder, will be present in the "chefs" area for the culinary competition, which will pit 8 candidates against each other with local products in the "Trophées de Babette" - a competition organized over two days.
