At Palais des Expositions – HALL 5 Porte de Versailles
This exceptional fair is almost like a gourmet trip in the land of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts via the West Indies, the Indian Ocean, from the Pacific to South America. SAGASDOM (Overseas Gastronomy fair) will allow you to discover and taste a multitude of flavours from Overseas cuisine – an exception showcase of what to eat and drink overseas. Come and discover traditional dishes and new culinary trends.
Babette de ROZIERES, founder of the fair, will be present at the stand "chefs" during the culinary competition between 8 contestants using local products on the occasion of the "Babette Trophies" to take place over two days.
There will be discussion debates and a restaurant. There will also be a specific discussion on Ultramarine Tourism and of course a great number of representatives and professionals from the food and agri-food sector will be present. On site, a nutritionist will provide tips and advice for healthy eating habits. A space will be dedicated to children to provide cooking classes each day and/or other activities.
