Circuit Carole, located in Tremblay en France in the north of the Paris region, has been in existence for almost 30 years. It's a 2-kilometer circuit with 8 corners for motorcycles and karts. The circuit is accessible to all, and is primarily open to motorcyclists.
Motorcycle driving courses are available for hire (training courses, safety courses, events for works councils, local authority youth services, leisure centers).
You'll need to provide the appropriate insurance documents, and for some you'll need to obtain a certificate of competence... don't forget to ask.
There arefree weekends all year round (but admission is charged for motorcycles, sidecars and go-karts), as well as openings to the public and special operations for young drivers (who must have the BSR).
The Carole circuit is the only one where you can ride a motorcycle on a circuit in complete peace and quiet, during motorcycle sessions organized on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons (registration only on site, on the day itself, from 1:30 p.m.).
The circuit is open 13 Sundays a year for karting (mornings only). Sessions last 20 minutes, and you can register on site on the day. You need to bring your own equipment (helmet, suit, gloves, etc.) and present your valid FFSA license + essential documents. See the schedule on the official Circuit Carole website.
Several formulas are available for beginners or more advanced riders, as well as the possibility of taking a motorcycle course during the school vacations, or simply taking a year-long pass.
The "Initiation" formula is available for either 1 hour for 6-9 year olds, or 1/2 day for 7/14 year olds.
The "Performance" package, which requires you to know how to start, is open to 7/14 year-olds.
The "Holiday" package is available for 7/14 year-olds.
They also offer on-site rental of Yamaha R3 motorcycles during the "public rides" indicated on the agenda. Make sure you book in advance, as only 3 bikes are available for hire. Equipment is also available for hire (see website).
Handicap Free Riders offers motorcycle-riding sessions for people over 18 who have their motorcycle license. Only people with paraplegia, complete hemiplegia or amputation of a lower or upper limb are eligible for these adapted motorcycles. See the Facebook page for conditions, dates, etc.
Don't miss the festivities and races on the Circuit Carole open to the general public, such as Iron Motors in April, or the 6h rollerblade race and the French KZ2 karting championship in June.
The following races also take place on the circuit
