The facility is open every day, all year round.
The 50 m pool has 1 x 50 m, 2 x 25 m and 37.5 m + 12 m (small bath) lines.
Activities are organized throughout the year to celebrate festive events in the calendar. The pool also hosts competitions.
When the weather's fine, the pool's surprising roof opens up. In fact, this "dome", where you can observe the sky in real time, opens when the weather permits; it's amazing to swim in the middle of Paris under an open sky! This was the first swimming pool to feature a 50 m pool and an opening roof.
This building, specially designed for the 1924 Paris Olympic Games, was originally known as the "Stade Nautique des Tourelles". The Tourelles pool was renamed the Georges Vallerey pool after its renovation in 1989.
The Vallerey pool opened in 1924, was renovated in 1989 and again in 2018.
The G. Vallerey hosted the Gay Games in 2018 and is on the list of sites hosting the 2024 Paris Olympics.
