Tourism Information Center (Roissy - CDG)

The Paris Region Tourist Board provides tourist information points in the Paris airports (Roissy and Orly),  Disneyland Paris, and Galeries Lafayette as well as at Versailles. Charles De Gaulle airport has several Tourist Information points.

Tourist Information Points, tickets sales in the airport

The Tourist information staff are ready to help you. They will provide brochures and information about events, shows, exhibitions and business events. A ticket sales service for transport tickets, excursions and visits or tourism products is also available.

Access to "business" facilities located in the airport and specific information is reserved exclusively for business customers.

The tourism information Points at Roissy CDG airport

The tourism information points located inside Roissy airport are open every day except on January 1, May 1 and December 25. Check on the map of Paris Charles-de-Gaulle airport to locate them.

• Tourism Information Point located in terminal 2C arrivals/departures level opposite gate 5 – staff welcome you from 7:15 am to 9 pm
• Terminal 2D arrivals/departures level opposite gate 5 - staff welcome you from 7:15 am to 9 pm
• Terminal 2E arrivals/ gate 7 - staff welcome you from 7:15 am to 9 pm
• Terminal 2F arrivals/ gate11 - staff welcome you from 7:15 am to 9 pm
• Tourism Information Point located in CDG terminal T1 arrivals level/ gate 4 - staff welcome you from 7:15 am to 9 pm
