Kilomètre 25 is a new open-air multi-activity space located on the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq in Paris, under the ring road in the Parc de la Villette. Adjacent to Jardin 21 and also opened by the Glazart team, this third project launched in 2021 is also a ground for musical and dance exploration, but not only.
In both its architecture and programming, Kilomètre 25 is designed to be open to the outside world. In addition to its electro evenings, the 2,200m2 space hosts a wide range of activities, including cultural, sporting and culinary events, as well as a variety of stands and a designer's market.
Located on the border between Paris and Pantin, in the heart of the Ourcq cultural and creative district, Kilomètre 25 is a former waste disposal site which, under the impetus of the Glazart team, has turned its constraints (road traffic, out-of-the-way location) into assets.Completely outdoors, but covered by the ring road (under the 25th kilometer, hence its name), this open-air third-place has the advantage of not depending on the weather and having no immediate neighbors. With free admission from Wednesday to Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., it offers a wide range of activities: conferences, workshops, tattoo or massage stands, sports classes, listening sessions, screenings, as well as a catering service and a creators' market.
With its 2,200m2 of outdoor space, Kilomètre 25 can accommodate up to 3,000 people for pay-what-you-can parties on Friday and Saturday evenings. Its programming, conceived by the Glazart team, is mainly focused on electronic music, with local collectives, big names from the international scene and new discoveries. Like La Station and Le Cabaret Sauvage, Kilomètre 25 bears witness to the dynamic clubbing scene in north-east Paris.
