Unusual sites, original events and projections... Since 2002, Nuit Blanche has been offering tours and artistic events throughout the night, from Saturday to Sunday. Initiated by the City of Paris, and now co-organized with the Metropole du Grand Paris, Nuit Blanche has gradually spread to other major cities in France and Europe, and throughout the Paris region.
This cultural and artistic event offers free night-time opening of places and institutions usually closed to the public and not originally intended for artistic use. The city invites artists and collectives to take over these spaces.

La Nuit Blanche focuses on lasting cultural heritage, with museums and institutions opening at night, but also on the ephemeral, with artistic installations and performances by contemporary artists and collectives. Each year, La Nuit Blanche unveils an original program in Paris and throughout North-East Paris.
DJ, artist and event producer Barbara Butch is the artistic director of the 25th edition of Nuit Blanche, to be held on Saturday June 6, 2026.

At Nuit Blanche 2026, Villa Mais d'Ici and the town of Aubervilliers come alive with a spectacular creation: Logiques (quantiques) des attractions, a hybrid performance combining sounds, images and collective imagination, somewhere between a funfair and a village square.
