Unusual sites, original events and projections in Paris and the suburbs... Since 2002, Nuit Blanche has been offering tours and artistic events throughout the night, from Saturday to Sunday. Initiated by the city of Paris, Nuit Blanche has gradually spread to other major cities in France and Europe, and throughout the Paris region.
This cultural and artistic event takes place at night, free of charge, in places and institutions usually closed to the public and not originally intended for artistic use. The city invites artists and collectives to take over these spaces.
La Nuit Blanche puts the spotlight on lasting cultural heritage, with museums and institutions opening their doors at night, but also on the ephemeral, with artistic installations and performances by contemporary artists and collectives.
Every year, La Nuit Blanche unveils an original program in Paris and throughout Northeastern Paris.
