In this children's workshop on honey and gingerbread, held at the Parc de la Villette in the Little Villette Pavilion, a bee tells the story of her life in the hive and explains the importance of the queen.
She also describes the pleasant smell of beeswax, the colors of pollen, and the taste of honey. The bee leads the children from flower to flower and then shares her delicious gingerbread recipe, explaining all the steps needed to make it. Finally, the children bake delicious golden cakes which they may - or may not - take home in one piece.
Duration of children's workshops' honey and gingerbread: 1 hour 30 minutes
