The temporary interactive exhibition Star Wars identities will be devoted to all generation of fans and visitors who have been rocked by this legendary saga of Georges Lucas since 1977. You will discover the universe of Anakin Skywalker, Darth (pronounce as Dark Vador) and all your heroes with over 200 original footage of films in an area of 2000m² at the Cité du Cinema venue.
During the visits, a stunning collection of Star Wars costumes, models and artwork allows visitors to see these heroes and all other unforgettable characters of star wars in a whole new way. Visitors will be placed at the center of the exhibition with an interactive identity quest that spans the visit.
The “Lightsaber” also referred to as the “laser sword” both synonymous with the Jedi Order’s values to uphold peace and justice throughout the galaxy despite the many conflicts with Darth Vader (Dark Vador) and other rule breakers.
At the same time visitors will be able to experience a unique interactive quest which allows them to design their own Star Wars Hero. Do not hesitate to leave your email for more details to follow in the footsteps of your hero and to share after on social or communications network. The collection saga and educational content are closely interwoven. This unique interactive experience will use technology to help visitors of all ages to create their own personal and original Star Wars hero by incorporating elements of their own identity with fictional elements from the film. Visitors will be able to take their own unique Star Wars character inspired by the Star Wars universe with them. It is an interactive way of giving visitors a deeper understanding of the exhibition’s central theme.
The exhibition develops, for visitors, the results of the study of IDENTITY into three major themes: interactivity of genetics and origins of the characters, the influences and their psychology that shape them and the control of the impact on the environment in the choices they make during their life. Ten components of human identity are explored within these three themes: species, genes, parents, culture in “Origins”, mentors, friends and marking events in life in “Influences”, occupation, and personality and personal values in “Choices”.
