This pleasant district is located just a few minutes from the heart of Paris. It is undergoing full renewal with a the new square along the banks of Canal de L’Ourcq and renovation of the former customs building now home to a large Parisian advertising agency.


Eglise de Pantin district is located a few minutes from Paris and is easily accessible by the metro line 5. The banks of the Canal de L’Ourcq are very pleasant and lively. They are experiencing a revival with the recent rehabilitation of the former customs building, the layout of its banks and new urban district planning projects. Pantin is a cultural hub with high quality programmes : Ciné 104, Au fil de l’eau Theater, Thaddaeus Ropac contemporary art gallery. This part of Pantin is home base for large companies and training centers such as CNFPT and CIG in the inner suburbs of Paris maintaining its urban village aspect with its street market.
