Épinay Villetaneuse station was built at the end of the 19th century according to a plan designed to assert the network's identity (built in 1907 to plans by architect Clément Ligny). The building is distinguished by the conservation of its constituent parts, the good condition of its ornamental elements and the preservation of its interior volume punctuated by exposed cast-iron columns. The underground passageway features ashlar vaults and facings with rusticated arches.
The station has been awarded the " Heritage of Regional Interest" label.
