Les foulées spinassiennes is a running race which is held annually throughout the town of Épinay-sur-Seine, in the North of the Paris region. Organized by the Multi section Sports Club, the Spinassiennes (inhabitants of Épinay-sur-Seine) run through the Parc Municipal des Sports in Epinay-sur-Seine.
