As part of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Fédération Française de Randonnée is organizing ''La Grande Randonnée vers Paris''. The hikes are open to all and free of charge: meet at the starting point in the towns you'll be passing through (signposted on the FFRandonnée's free and official MaRando app).
A number of major walks are being organized from various parts of France, converging on Paris. Hikers will walk on 7 major itineraries! Hikers crossing Seine-Saint-Denis will follow route 2 Grand Est, terre de batailles.
In Seine-Saint-Denis, ambassadors and walkers for the general public will be arriving from Route 2, known as the Grand Est, and will mainly be following the GR 15 and the GRP de la Ceinture Verte d'Île-de-France.

Walkers from the north and east of France on the "Grande Randonnée vers Paris" will enter the Île-de-France region from the GR® 75 at Paris la Villette. On Friday May 10, they will set off from the Parc de la Villette (Paris 19th) and follow the loop of the Paris ring road, passing from park to park.
A weekend of festivities will be held in Paris on May 11 and 12, 2024. Awaiting 2024 program.
