
The L'Ecran cinema in Saint-Denis is a municipal cinema classified as Art et essai, with two screens (100 and 300 seats), one of which is classified as research, and is a member of the Europa network of cinemas. L'Écran defends a pluralistic cinema, mostly art house, a policy of strong animation in our theaters throughout the year and a policy of image education, especially for young people.
Saint-Denis cinema takes part in and organizes a number of festivals, including Regards satellites and Panorama des cinémas du Maghreb. Panorama des cinémas du Maghreb et du Moyen-Orient co-organized with the Dionysian association Indigènes Films.
