L'Ecran cinema is a municipal cinema classified Art house located in Saint-Denis. It has two movie theatres (100 and 300 seats) and one of them is reserved for research work, members of the Europa cinema network. It features six films per week; the programme offers movies from all horizons, French films, international films or films on heritage, documentaries and short films. Events and activities are proposed all through the year.
L’Écran cinema is equipped with audio and headphone sets that allow the hearing impaired to enjoy the movies. (information at ticket desk).
L'Écran cinema, also hosts the "Prix Michel Simon", in November, which rewards young French actors. The cinema is part of the network Cinéma 93.
