Christian Louboutin exhibition

Date From to
Christian Louboutin au Palais de la Porte Dorée

In 2020, Palais de la Porte Dorée will invite you to dive into the inspired universe of the creator Christian Louboutin.

The exhibition will take you on a journey to discover colours, references and the creative process of this essential figure of fashion. From his childhood in the 12th district of Paris – where the Palais is located –, Christian Louboutin has kept a deep bond with this Art deco master piece that fed his love for applied arts. The Tropical Aquarium and the shimmering fish has been an endless source of patterns and colours!

The exhibition will present a wide selection of shoes (some never on show before!), first-time projects led with artists such as David Lynch, Imram Qureshi or Blanca Li and several working partnerships with artisans.

Public collections and private artworks belonging to Christian Louboutin come to complete this exhibition.
