Imran Qureshi will expose at the Galerie Ropac of Pantin in 2019. This Pakistani artist born in Hyderabad in 1972 lives and work at Lahore.

Through his work, Imran Qureshi adapts motifs and techniques of miniature moghole painting to a contemporary repertoire. In his exhibition The Seeming Endless Path of Memory, the artist proposes different shapes of fold as representations of the infinite. You will find, in this exhibitions, as many miniature works as monumental ones, a game of scales typical of Imran Qureshi's work.
Several of his works are part of prestigious collections of museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York or the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Imran Qureshi was also invited to the iranian pavilion during the 56th Venise Biennal in 2015.
