The Cité du Cinéma in Saint-Denis presented a Harry Potter exhibition based on the films that retrace the young wizard's saga. In anticipation of a future Harry Potter exhibition in Paris, find out what the exhibition had to say to many Muggles.
The rich Harry Potter exhibition was held on two stages at the Cité du Cinéma in Saint-Denis (93), covering almost 2,000m2. A veritable temporary museum, it led many visitors into the world of the famous wizard, his sidekicks, his enemies... and mysterious fantasy creatures.
All fans of Quidditch, intrigue and the atmosphere of the wizarding school were able to embark via the 9 three-quarter route and discover the Hogwarts sets, props, creatures and original costumes from the filming of the various seasons of the Harry Potter™ saga.
Through a journey inspired by the films, from the Hogwarts Express to Hagrid's hut, via the Gryffindor dormitory, visitors were able to admire the unique pieces that served the actors of the saga on set: Harry Potter's now-famous glasses, the Marauder's Map, the Nimbus 2000 - a sort of luxury flying broom given to Harry by his godfather Sirius Black.
Stalkers, manticores, the phoenix Fumseck and the owl Hedwige were also present. There were also some very nice surprises in store for you: the costume of the huge but gentle Hagrid, the mask of the one whose name we don't tell, the magic Sorting Hat...
