New exhibition at the Roissy CDG airport to celebrate the museum 5^th anniversary!

Abstract Art from the 50’s – Roissy CDG Museum

A new theme for the museum: abstract art – geometric or gestural abstraction.

The painters use geometric shapes, swathe of colors or gestural abstraction. Some painters are inspired by mathematics or by chance, using bright colors. Others are inspired by calligraphy or graffiti.

The artists are Jean Dewasne, Olle Baertling, Auguste Herbin, Richard-Paul Lohse, Aurélie Nemours, Robert Breer, François Morellet…

Other works complete the exhibition: plaster sculptures by Jean Arp or metal slabs forming a reinvented tree.

Exhibition in partnership with Espace Musées and Centre Pompidou.
