The barge L'eau et les rêves houses a maritime library. It is moored at Quai de l'Oise on the edge of the Canal de l'Ourcq in the 19th arrondissement in Paris.
The library barge L'eau et les rêves ("Water and Dreams") is a maritime library. It offers a selection of new books as well as second-hand ones, children’s books, documentaries and fictions around the themes of water, travel, sea, etc.
The barge also houses the association of the L'eau et les rêves library barge with which it collaborates. The association also features workshops, exhibitions and events around the theme of water, seas and oceans, travel or preservation of oceans and water.
The barge is moored at 3 quai de l'Oise - 75019 Paris and is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
